The location was very central, close enough to the beach, local restaurants, buses and trains and both public and private transport. Provided breakfast was generous and lovely with crumpets, fresh fruit plus full English to order, exceeded our expectations.

Its service was friendly. The rooms were airy and huge with particularly nice views. The hotel's location was very central, near transportation links friendly owners.

A shopping area, great location just off shops and sea front, the square and Lytham and Blackpool. Lovely rooms, generous and lovely breakfast.

Travelled with my husband, spent 2 nights here and had a lovely stay. Everyone was outstandingly accommodating as well as host. I had budget double room to ourselves with toiletries, full English to order, for example.

Marvellous location, it was just next door to all the bars and restaurants, the sea front and the post office. The room we had was upgraded with a good selection of cereals, toiletries, as example.

The location for Lytham St Annes was marvellous and fantastic, adjacent to the main shopping area and all the bars and restaurants, the Fylde coast and cafes, fine dining, and pubs. Again, I could visit a Victorian era pleasure pier. My room included tea making facilities and coffee.

Magnificent and unbeatable location short walk to the beach and all of the shops, the square, and cafes, fine dining, and pubs, could not be better. Very close to Lido and other tourist attractions.

Fairly clean and attractive place, very amiable staff. Well-maintained room with nice comfy bed, an extra £5, as example as advertised. A great selection of options for breakfast including tea, slices of fresh bread, and cakes. Marvellous, perfectly comfortable location in the shopping area. About 10 minutes walk from a Victorian era pleasure pier. Great service within 10 km of the airport.

Everything was simply ideal. Booked the room with my husband for 2 nights and had a very lovely stay. The employees were very friendly and outstandingly accommodating and kept it all fairly clean. The location offered was particularly good and excellent very close to five minutes to the beach, and cafes, fine dining, and pubs.
